87 candidates did not go to the second stage of the examination to the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court

The High Qualifications Commission of Judges approved the results of the anonymous written test prepared by the candidates for the positions of judges of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court on November 12.

In total, 156 candidates are admitted to the second stage of the exam (practical assignment). 87 candidates were not admitted to the second stage of the exam.

As a result of the anonymous testing within the framework of the qualification assessment, the number of candidates who continue to participate in the competition to the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court is as follows:

The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court – 108 candidates for 27 vacancies. 62 have stopped participating in the competition.

Appeals Chamber of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court – 48 candidates for 12 vacant positions. 25 have stopped participating in the contest.

Recall that the High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine announced on August 2, 2018 a competition for positions in the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court. Submission of documents for participation in competitions from judges, lawyers and scientists with relevant experience lasted from August 8 to September 14, 2018. As of September 24, 2018, the High Qualifications Commission of Judges received 1001 applications with document packages, of which 659 were for participation in the second contest to the Supreme Court, and 342 to the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court.
